Ireland House at Oakridge Farm

A perfect spring celebration with a Mother's Day "DOWNTON ABBEY" Tea, live musical entertainment, special guests and costumed interpreters!

Celebrate Mother's Day at Ireland House, highlighting the life and times of the women who inhabited the Historic House through the generations! Enjoy FREE ADMISSION throughout the grounds and museum, take in historic cooking, gardening and craft workshops, artisan demonstrations and other outdoor activities such as our new nature trail!

Get to know Historic Ireland House Museum:
Enjoy this opportunity to visit the historic home of the Irelands, whose descendants occupied Ireland House until 1985. This historical home is a ‘living time capsule’ covering three very distinct time periods: 1850s, 1890s and the 1920s. Guests will enjoy guided interpretation of the historic home, heritage baking sampling and the opportunity to make a keepsake. Discover the rich history of the Ireland Family as you explore the homestead.
