Facility Rental

Grounds:

  • Use of the grounds for wedding ceremonies, pictures, private parties, and/or outdoor receptions
  • Ground size: 3.68 acres park-like gardens and woodlands
  • Photographs are permitted on the grounds only
  • Enjoy the use of the meeting room with your grounds rental at no additional cost
  • Option: Guided Tours of the museum can be arranged with your facility rental. Please ask for details


Meeting Room:

Helen Ireland Caldwell Program Room, Meeting Room & Kitchenette   

  • Room Size: Approx. 19' x 21' (400 sq ft)
  • Capacity: 35 (chairs only) or 25-30 (tables and chairs)
  • Includes use of kitchenette

Fees

Fees and conditions are under review and may change without notice.

 

Grounds Rental    

$125/hour plus HST
Use of the grounds for wedding or group photographs $75/hour plus HST (max. 3 hours)

Meeting Rooms

Weekday (M-F, 9am-4pm): $20/hour plus HST
Weekend/Evening: $50/hour plus HST (minimum 3 hours)

  • The use of a limited number of tables, chairs and picnic tables is included in the rental fees.
  • Set up, take down and cleanup is not included.
  • Food leftovers and waste removal is the responsibility of the rental party.
  • All prices subject to HST where applicable.
