Education

 At the Joseph Brant Museum we offer a wide range of Educational services designed for all ages and learning styles. We encourage understanding by creating exciting environments and programs that enrich visitor experiences though guided interpretation and hands-on activities, laying a foundation for the imagination.

Our school programs attempt to personify heritage by linking an identity and human story to the issues and ideas surrounding the objects in our collection to the various gallery exhibitions. All of our programming is guided and directed by the Ontario Board of Education Curriculum, namely: Heritage and Citizenship, Pioneer Life, Tradition and Celebration, Aboriginal People and European Explorers.

This approach continues our tradition of purporting the importance of heritage locally, regionally, nationally and globally.
