Coming up…experience a wondrous
Candlelight Tour of Yesteryear, for one special night only—
Friday, December 9th,

Ireland House Museum will take patrons back in time to when Christmas lights were candles and holiday meals were made by the open fire.
Candlelight Tours of Yesteryear is an event the entire family can enjoy. Historic Ireland House will open its doors and take groups on a wondrous guided tour of this historic property illuminated by candlelight. The house will be filled with the sights, sounds and smells of a traditional Christmas, as heritage performers play traditional holiday songs accompanied by historic instruments, Father Christmas will welcome guests as guests revel in the beauty and wonder of holidays past.
Guests will feel like they are part of a historic farmhouse family, as delicious period style refreshments will be served as well as a holiday craft that will allow guests to take home their yesteryear experience making memories for the future.
Prepare for a magical experience with a visit to SANTA’S CABIN druing Candleight Tours! Kids can get their letters ready with Santa’s Elves as they wait their turn to enter Santa’s cottage for a special visit with Mr. & Mrs. Claus.
Look for Santa’s Cabin as part of seasonal programming Sundays in November and December (included with ticket purchase to Candlelight Tours, December 9th) and up to and including Sunday, December 17, 2011!
